First Priority Management was born out of the need for a more effective solution to property management.

First Priority is headed by industry veteran C. David Barton, CPM®, ARM®, who previously headed Washington-based Hagner Management, the property management arm of one of Washington’s oldest and most respected full-service residential real estate firms. When Hagner was acquired in 2008 after nearly a century of operation, Mr. Barton took his highly experienced team and opened First Priority’s doors on February 1, 2010. By combining his extensive asset management experience with Hagner Management’s highly experienced property management team, First Priority Management is uniquely positioned to be the premier management company in the Washington D.C. metropolitan area.

First Priority Management provides property management services to over 15 multifamily and condominium buildings in the District of Columbia. First Priority Management proudly offers fee-based third-party property management for properties throughout the Washington, D.C. metropolitan area.

First Priority Management utilizes state-of-the-art technologies. Public visitors can view available vacancies on-line. Property owners can view financial information and other details about their properties on-line.
