Meet The Team

Previously with Hagner Management Corporation and a veteran of D.C. area real estate. He has over 20 years of experience managing residential properties, including management of large properties of 850 units or more and condominium association management. His 20+ years of industry experience includes procurement of contracts, operations management, supervision of administrative and maintenance personnel, and preparation of budgets and monthly operating reports. David is a Certified Property Manager and Accredited Residential Manager through the Institute of Real Estate Management (IREM), as well as a Certified Occupancy Specialist through National Center for Housing Management. David is licensed as a real estate salesperson by both the District of Columbia and the Maryland Real Estate Commissions.

David is very active in IREM, having served as IREM Chapter 8 President in 2015. He will begin serving on the IREM National Governing Council in October 2016.

Kenny has over 12 years of experience in managing apartment and condominium buildings. He is a licensed salesperson with the Maryland Real Estate Commission and the District of Columbia as well as an Accredited Residential Manager (ARM) and is working on becoming a Certified Property Manager (CPM) through the Institute of Real Estate Management (IREM). Kenny’s experience includes management of daily maintenance and operations as well as capital improvements and small-scale rehabilitation project

Traci Wynn joined First Priority Management in September 2011. She is responsible for cash processing, accounts receivables, accounts payable, and other accounting activities. She has knowledge of accounting as well as knowledge of the operations of a property management company. She holds an Associate of Arts degree in Paralegal/Legal Studies from Northern Virginia Community College.
