Maintenance & Repairs
FPM can use your existing vendors or ours. We have developed an extensive network of skilled service providers that we can call on as well as using your current service provider. All vendor invoices are billed at cost with no service markup.
Your tenants have access to our online maintenance request system
FPM can provide experienced maintenance personnel as dedicated site based staff or on an as needed basis. The same services available to the building are also offered to individual owners. A FPM team member will supervise all work done by a third party.
24/7 Emergency Support Services
FPM provides emergency support in common areas and lockout services.
Individual owners and residents can also take advantage of our emergency services.
Maintenance Solutions
We supervise all maintenance that takes place at your property. Vendors are met upon arrival and all work is reviewed within 24 hours of completion.
We escort any service providers that need access to an individual unit.
